Below average. I experienced stomach pain and severe diarrhoea. I liked it for my hair, but the colic pain was unpleasant. It is not effective for treating pelvic pain. The package is large and full.

Pain relief noted
Originally, I was treated with biotin for palmoplantar pustulosis and pelvic pain in my sternum. I’ve made significant progress, but I occasionally experience bone pain again and continue to take it. I find that my pain is alleviated when I consume it.
